Ensure all the antenna connections are tightly fixed at the entry or transition points. The xPortal device must be installed securely and kept protected from direct heat exposure. The device must be kept in a place where dust or moisture doesn’t affect it to ensure stable RFID performance. The mounting alignments and the network connectivity should be inspected at certain periods.
